Sian had also done other work with Simon Kingman as Melo Park.
Sian Evans and Simon Kingman met in Cardiff, Wales as new kids on the local music scene, Sian was 16 at the time and Simon was 19. They instantly became friends and found they shared many common musical influences. They started playing together in local bands and became flatmates.
After a reunion gig in aid of the Tsunami disaster, the guys began writing songs together in the winter of 2006. The songs were recorded at the studio of welsh keyboard wizard Richard Dunne who features heavily on them along with Aaron Ahmun (drums-John Martyn, Linda Lewis) and Pete Hurley (bass-Van Morrison).
